PERSONAL INFORMATION

- is engaged to Ikarus Rook. While their meeting was an unconventional one, they've settled into a comfortable and affectionate dynamic. he is very protective of this, and rook very much serves as a grounding anchor when he gets in his head about his insecurities and sense of obligation to how much he does or doesn't owe the league. messing with his home life, or threatening it, is probably the most surefire way to fast track his typically long fuse temper.[break]
- lam grew up in alola. primarily in hau'oli city, on mele mele. However, due to his father's work as a field researcher, lam (and his younger brother,) often traveled around all of the islands with him while he conducted studies. lam developed a love of birds for this reason, as his father often studied their migratory patterns, and taught him quite a bit about birding.[break]
- when first moving to hoenn, he had hopes of becoming a prominent painter and professional artist before he changed courses and broke into the gym circuit scene. he was not successful in that venture, unfortunately, and it let to some pretty frustrating artist block. however, he has begun to sketch and paint again—if only for personal enjoyment.[break]
